Relive the emotional swell that we all felt upon returning to some normalcy after the attacks on 9/11. Chris Gizzi's dramatic entrance during a Monday Night Football game back in 2001 was re-enacted this past fall. But instead of leading the Green Bay Packers on the field waving the Stars and Strips; Chris led his Alma Mater, the Air Force Academy Falcons in a stirring September 11th tribute. "Football has become the most powerful social common denominator in America," says Coach Gizzi. "The game and everything before and after are all efforts to bring us together and celebrate everything we have to be thankful for. I'm humbled to do my small part to honor that community and pay tribute to service men and women around the world."
